From an early age, she was always fascinated with anime/manga, growing up on series like Cardcaptor Sakura, Shugo Chara! and Katekyo! Hitman Reborn. After she watched K-ON! in junior high, she developed a deeper interest in anime/manga and cosplay in particular. She began cosplaying at Chinese cosplay events and participated in her first Japanese cosplay event at the Winter Comiket in Tokyo in 2016. Her cosplay activities caught the attention of Japanese viewers and figures in the anime industry and in 2020, she made her debut as a singer with her first single Magic Words, the opening song for the anime Hatena Illusion. She soon got her first role as a voice actress when she was cast as Tang_Keke, making her the first non-Japanese seiyuu to be part of the original Japanese cast, in Love_Live!_Superstar!! She still primarily lives in Shanghai, and makes trips to Japan for her work.
